Act No. 4 of 2002 to amend the Fisheries Act 1963.

Article 4 grants powers to the Minister of Agriculture, Nature Conservation and Fisheries to issue regulations aiming at conservation and management of marine fish stocks. A new phrase is added to this article to the effect that the Minister may now also take into account with interests relative to nature conservation.
