This Act makes amendments to the Environment Protection Act and the Surface Waters Pollution Act so as to make clear indication in both Acts to the Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control and to take away certain restrictions in the Environment Protection Act with regard to the granting of authorizations and permits.
