These Measures are enacted in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine" and its implementing regulations, aiming to strengthen the administration of the isolation quarantine nursery gardens for entry plant propagation materials and prevent the introduction of dangerous plant pests into China. The Measures consist of 15 articles.
