In exercise of the powers granted by Regulation No. 12 of the Air Quality (Limit Values for Sulpur Dioxine, Nitrogen Dioxine and Nitrogen Oxides, Particulate Matter and Lead in Ambient Air) Regulations of 2002, the Cabinet of Ministers establishes as the date of entry into force of the provisions of Regulations Nos. 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11 (which set forth the obligation to inform the European Commission), the first day of May, 2004.
