The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Act of 11 December 2008. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance regulates, inter alia, public funding for breeding of cattle, pork, goat, sheep as well as for equidae, camelids, rabbits, poultry and honey bees. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Promotions (II); Organization (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).
