This Order amends specified Orders and Regulations to remove, as a consequence of the repeal of the Animal Health Orders (Divisional Veterinary Manager Amendment) Order 1995, definitions of, and references to, Divisional Veterinary Manager , and replaces them with definitions of, and references to, authorised veterinary inspector . Other amendments remove references to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, and clarify that references to the Chief Veterinary Officer refer to the Chief Veterinary Officer for Scotland.
