The Minister may, in consultation with the Principal Veterinary Officer, for the purpose of preventing the introduction of disease into Vanuatu, make orders prohibiting the landing of animals or any animal product biological product, related article or of carcasses, fodder, litter dung or other thing brought from any specified country outside Vanuatu or any specified part of any such country.
