This Order amends the Brucellosis in Cattle (General Provisions) Order 1991 by allowing an exemption for certain classes or categories of eligible animals from the requirement to carry out a Brucellosis test as imposed by the principal Regulations. Some amendments are made to the principal Regulations regarding removal of animals in a herd that shall be subject to testing.
