Commission Decision 2000/728/EC establishing the application and annual fees of the Community Eco-label.

Regulation (EC) No. 1980/2000 lays down a revised Eco-label award scheme. Applications for the award of a label shall be subject to payment of a fee relating to the costs of processing the application. This Decision fixes the minimum and the maximum application fee. Reductions are envisaged in favour of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as in favour of product manufacturers and service providers of developing countries.
