These provisions lay down some amendments to Decision 2000/532/EC, which establishes a European Union list of hazardous waste. Articles 2 and 3, regarding the properties for the classification of wastes as hazardous, are deleted. The text in the Annex, which lays down the list of waste referred to in article 7 of Directive 2008/98/EC, is hereby replaced.
