This Directive lays down amendments and addenda to specific Directives in force relating to maximum levels for pesticide residues. First of all, article 1 adds some MRLs to Part A of Annex II to Directive 86/362/EEC. Article 2 adds further MRLs to Part B of Annex II to Directive 86/363/EEC. Lastly, article 3 prescribes that the maximum pesticide residue levels for the active substances concerned as shown in the Annex hereto are added to Annex II to Directive 90/642/EEC.
