This Decision sets forth detailed rules for the harmonized monitoring and reporting of antimicrobial resistance to be carried out by Member States in accordance with article 7(3) and 9(1) of Directive 2003/99/EC concerning the monitoring of zoonoses and zoonotic agents. Article 1 to this Decision lays down the list of bacteria obtained from samples from certain food-producing animal populations and certain food that shall be covered by that monitoring and reporting.
