The present Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 555/2008, which sets out implementing rules on the common organization of the market in wine as regards support programmes, trade with third countries, production potential and on controls in the wine sector. The amendments hereby laid down concern in particular national support programmes and trade with third countries in the wine sector.
