This Regulation amends certain points of Annexes IV, V and VIIIa of Regulation (EEC) No. 2807/83 as regards the duty of masters of fishing vessels to keep a logbook. In particular, point 2.1.1 of Annexes IV and V shall be substituted by the following: "2.1.1.
