This Regulation sets out provisions implementing Title III of Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 on the common organization of the market in wine, with specific regard to: (a) Chapter IV concerning protected designations of origin and geographical indications of the products referred to in article 33(1) of Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008; (b) Chapter V concerning the traditional terms of the products referred to in article 33(1) of Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008; (c) Chapter VI on labelling.
