This Law may be cited as the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Amendment) Law of 2007 and shall be read as one with the Control of Atmospheric Pollution Law of 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Law ). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Control of Atmospheric Pollution Laws, 2002-2007. The present law carries forward amendments to certain sections of the Second Annex to the basic law by adding sections Nos. 1.4 and 6.15.
