In exercise of the powers granted by regulation No. 18 of the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Limitation of Volatile Organic Compounds due to the Use of Organic Solvents in Certain Activities and Installations) Regulations of 2003, the Cabinet of Ministers establishes as the date of entry into force of provisions of regulations No. 7 (paragraph 5), No. 9 (paragraph 3), No. 11 (paragraphs 1, 4 and 5) and regulation No. 16 (paragraphs 1 and 3), the first day of May, 2004.
