These Regulations amend the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (Allocation of Allowances for Payment) Regulations 2012 by: replacing the requirement to have primary and secondary allocation periods with a single allocation period; creating separate application periods (when main allocations of allowances can be requested) and payment periods (when main allocations should be paid for); and modifying payments rules regarding payments after a payment and deduction of costs.
