This Decree lays down some amendments and addenda to Annexes II, IV, V and VI to Legislative Decree No. 214 of 2005, which sets forth specific measures for the protection of plants and plant products against the introduction and spread of harmful organisms. These provisions are laid down pursuant to European Community Directives 2007/40/EC and 2007/41/EC.
