Decree amending the Decree on the categories of activities for which an environmental impact assessment is mandatory.

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on the categories of activities for which an environmental impact assessment is mandatory. In particular, the present Decree amends the list of types of interventions for which environmental impact assessment is mandatory if the interventions exceed the specified threshold values.
