This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments to Decree establishing requirements for milk and milk products, frozen creams and food fats and oils. These amendments concern traditional spread fat which is defined as milk product of sour cream, with the addition of milk powder with extra enrichment or dried whey or buttermilk powder containing at least 31% and at most 36% of milk fat (by weight) and at least 42% of dry matter, which is produced by the traditional technology
