This Decree of the Ministry of Health amends 16 points of the Decree on hygiene requirements for products intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and food. In particular, the Decree specifies the list of the related regulations of the European Community and establishes requirements for plastics and plastic products, originally specified in Annex 3 of the amended Decree.
