This Decree defines obligations of operators carried out large-scale projects involving genetically modified organisms to notify local authorities on risks of such projects for purposes of accident prevention. The Decree also concerns notification of (imminent) disasters to authorities and information that must be given to the public by authorities in case of (imminent) disaster.
