This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development, which is composed of 37 articles and ten Annexes, establishes: (a) large sources, medium sources and small sources of air pollution; (b) classification of equipment of stationary sources; (c) the list of pollutants for which emission limits are determined, technical requirements and conditions for the operation of stationary sources; (d) emission limits, technical requirements and operating conditions for stationary sources, deadlines and conditions of their validity; (e) conditions for transitional measures; (f) requirements to ensure dispersion of pollutants.
