This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven articles and three Annexes, lays down details on keeping records on plant protection products and reporting on data, conditions and procedures for storage and handling of plant protection products and cleaning the application equipment. The records on plant protection products should be kept for at least three years from the end of the calendar year when the products were applied.
