This Decree-Law establishes licensing procedure for pesticide production and trade. It establishes a new Annex 4 to be read in conjunction with Decree-Law No. 94/98 specifying standards to be satisfied by such pesticides and principles for evaluating and authorizing the use of pesticides in order to avoid environmental pollution.
