By way of derogation from certain provisions laid down under Legislative Decree No. 214 of 2005, this Decree authorizes, within the periods specified in article 1, the importation of naturally or artificially dwarfed plants of Chamaecyparis Spach, Juniperus L. and Pinus L. originating in Japan.
