Decree No. 113 of 2008 (VIII. 30.) FVM of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development concerning the notification of animal diseases.

This Decree shall apply to the reporting on the outbreak of certain animal diseases and about the end of restrictions ordered in relation with the outbreak of such diseases. The list of diseases to be reported to the animal health authorities is contained in Annex 1, diseases to be reported to the Commission are listed in Annex 2. The outbreak diseases must be reported to the Commission and to each Member State within twenty-four hours. The report must contain the information foreseen in Annex 3.
