According to Article 2 of this Decree, only the varietal conversion and relocation of vineyards shall be considered as restructuring and conversion of vineyards. The costs of investment occurring in relation to the activities referred to in Art. 2 may be financed with the amounts determined in Annex 1. One of the conditions for eligibility is that the council of wine growers' association prepares a five-years plan for the wine growing area. A model plan is shown in Anenx 3. On the basis of wine growing area plans, individual plans must be prepared as well. Further provisions of this Decree concern requisites of eligibility for subsidy, presentation and consideration of applications, payment of subsidies, and sanctions.
