This Decree, consisting of four Sections and one Annex, establishes the natural resource requirements to be used for medicines (Pharmaceutical Natural resource). This Decree aims to set out requirements, principles, measures on the promotion, control, delve, production, plantation, nurture and the use of pharmaceutical natural resources in order to protect pharmaceutical natural resource, prosperity of nature and to ensure the sustainability of pharmaceutical natural resources. Medicinal natural resources are the medicinal natural material (Material Medical Pharmacognosy/matiere medicale) or any material which is sourced from natural sources such as: plant, animal and minerals that can be used as raw materials for traditional or modern medicines production. The Annex lays down the List of medicinal natural resources.
