This Decree establishes mandatory requirements for safety of milk that was not thermally treated at the temperature over 40 or by other similar treatment and is destined for consumers or further processing with a view of manufacturing dairy products. Milk and dairy products must comply with mandatory food safety requirements. Supplier of raw milk must conclude contract with milk processing enterprise for collection, transport, storage and processing of milk. Maximum allowable microbiological contamination of raw milk, processed milk and dairy products shall not exceed level set for food contamination.
