This Decree makes provision for the implementation in Norway of Regulation (EC) No. 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on additives for use in animal nutrition and other specified EC legislation as contained in Chapter II of Annex I of the EEA agreement. The Decree concerns the approval of use of additives in feedstuffs and the control and labelling of feedstuffs or feedstuff preparations. Control on feedstuffs shall be entrusted to the Food Agency.
