Decree No. 361 of 2001 relative to the transfer of prime responsibility for the destruction policy.

The prime responsibility for the implementation of the policy relative to the destruction of diseased animals is transferred on 1 October 2001 from the Ministry of public Health, Welfare and Sports to the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature Conservation and Fisheries, in so as to create a better response to infectious diseases such BSE and Foot and Mouth disease.
