The Decree on transactions on environment offences was initiated as an experiment. The Government shall prepare an opinion on the evaluation of the experiment. Since there is no time to prepare the opinion, the Decree shall remain valid until 1 January 2006. This Decree makes transactions available as an option for the settlement of environment-related offences by relevant public institutions.
