Decree No. 65 of 2002 (VIII. 9.) FVM of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the protection against tuberculosis.

The provisions of this Decree shall be applied while perfoming control activities on animal stocks with the purpose of maintaining them free from tuberculosis and, in case of infection or suspected infection, taking the necessary measures to prevent the spread of the infection.
