Decree No. 65 of 2012 (VII. 4.) VM of the Ministry of Rural Development laying down certain rules of production, distribution and utilization of feedstuffs.

This Decree contains rules regarding, among others, the authorization and registration of feedstuff producing establishments, ad-hoc licensing of new feeds, feedstuff production and restrictions, production and marketing of medicine feedstuff and of intermediate products, storage and transport of feedstuff, sampling and records, control samples, tasks of the public administration in charge of food-chain control, sanctions and provisions of the authorities.
