This Decree concerns information in the form of documents that may be required by public authorities in order to evaluate the possibility to grant an environment permit for activities that may potentially harm the environment. Those activities are listed in Schedule 1. In the evaluation report made by the public authority all matters issues listed in Schedule 2 shall be treated and all information listed included.
