This Decree implements the Basic Text regarding phytosanitary duties. Among others it regulates the application of measures for the prevention of information or exportation of natural or trade-related quarantine pests, non-quarantine pests subject to control or pests officially controlled for other reasons, and their establishment and spread. This Decree regulates also the use of efficient methods suitable for eliminating possible damages.
