Annex 1 to this Decree contains the names of chapters present in the list of wastes. Annex 2 shows chapters, subchapters and the list of types of wastes, while Annex 3 contains use instructions on the use of the list of wastes. Special rules regarding certain hazardous waste are set forth in Article 2. Further articles of this Decree contain miscellaneous provisions and amendments to other decrees.
