Decree No. 78 establishing health conditions for the placing on the market of minced meat and meat preparations.

There are hereby established those health conditions that shall be met by minced meat and meat preparations placed on the market for human consumption. Fresh meat from bovine animals, sheep and goats may be traded in the form of minced meat only if it meets the requirements specified by article 3. Article 4 establishes the conditions that shall be applied in respect of meat preparations. Article 7 makes provision in matter of veterinary checks.
