This Decree delimits the exclusive economic zone of Aruba, Cura ao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. The outer limit of the EEZ of Kingdom of the Netherlands for those territories shall be 200 nautical miles measured from the baseline from which te territorial sea is measured. In case a border has been established by agreement with another State, this border shall be the limit of the EEZ and in case no agreement has yet been reached, the median line measured from the respective baseline of the States involved shall be the outer limit of the EEZ.
