This Decree contains rules relative to rearrangement of framework of environment subsidies. It redefines requirements for obtaining of subsidies and prescribes certain conditions for projects to be eligible for financing. A programme in the sense of section 15.13, first, second or third comma of the Environment Protection act shall be drawn up in accordance with articles 5 to 7 of this Decree. Other provisions concern notification of aid to the Commission of the European Communities and obligations of the person receiving aid, procedures for the granting of subsidies, etc.
