These Regulations make provision for the registration and identification of bovine animals in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The Regulations provide, among other things, for: registration of birth and issue of passports; approval and application of ear-tags; keeping of a herd register; identification requirements in relation with import; identification in case of transfer or slaughter of an animal; and inspections and measures of enforcement.
These Regulations make provision for the registration and identification of bovine animals in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
