These Regulations amend the European Communities (Marketing of Fruit Juices and Certain Similar Products) Regulations 2003 so as to give effect to Council Directive 2009/106/EC, which establishes quality factors and aligns standards for the composition and labelling of fruit juices and certain similar products within the European Union, taking into account developments in relevant international standards.
