An Act to amend the Fertilizers Act (BGBl. No. 513/1994). Article 9a, dealing with authorization for new fertizilizers, is added to article 9. It establishes that if fertilizers, phytopharmaceutical products, substances to improve the soil, etc. are not authorized according to article 6 of the said Law, they must be authorized by the Federal Office for Agriculture.
