These Regulations: (a) amend the definition of "the Minister" and insert a definition of "Scotland" in the principal Regulations to take account of devolution (reg. 3); (b) make drafting changes to regulations 3 (placing on the market of aquaculture animals and aquaculture products) and 11 (export to other parts of the European Community of aquaculture animals and aquaculture products from Great Britain) of the principal Regulations (regs. 4 and 5); (c) make drafting changes to clarify the scope
