These Regulations prescribe a sandalwood harvesting season for 2014. They also prescribe quotas for each individual licence and prices of sandalwood. Licensees that have not reached their licence quota are allowed to purchase sandalwood. Purchase of sandalwood below the minimum price is declared to be an offence.
