These Regulations implement various provisions of the Forestry Act They deal with a wide variety of issues such as dedication of National Forests, declaring of reserved trees, powers of the Papua New Guinea Forest Authority established by the Act, internal organization of the National Forest Board established by the Act internal procedures of the Board, advisory duties of the Board, internal organization of Provincial Forest Management Committees, notices of the Committee to owners of forest res
