Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation on measures to control classical swine fever (Annex 1) establishes some measures for the prevention and notification of the disease, measures in case of suspected disease, measures in case of confirmation of classical swine fever, eradication measures, diagnostic procedures and requirements for biosecurity. National Agency for Food Safety, which establishes the procedure for the announcement, notification and notification of some contagious animal diseases, must inform of the presence or suspected cases of classical swine fever. In case of confirmation of classical swine fever, the Agency is obliged: (1) notify of the disease, according to Appendix No. 1 to this Regulation and submit information to the World Organization for Animal Health (International Epizootic Bureau): a) on the outbreaks of classical swine fever, which were confirmed in farms; b) cases of classical swine fever confirmed in slaughterhouses or in vehicles; c) primary cases of classical swine fever, confirmed in wild boars; d) the results of an epizootic examination performed in accordance with Chapter VII of this Regulation; (2) submit information to the International Epizootic Bureau on subsequent cases confirmed in wild boars in the area infected with the classical swine fever, according to subparagraph 1) of paragraph 42 of this Regulation. Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation on specific provisions for combating African swine fever (Annex 2) establishes the minimum requirements for combating African swine fever. National Agency for Food Safety shall develop an Action Plan for the eradication of African swine fever, approved by the order of the Director General of the Agency, and implements it through its territorial units in case of suspicion and confirmation of the disease. The Agency is obliged: (1) to notify of the disease, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to this Regulation, and to provide information to the International Epizootic Bureau: (a) about the outbreaks of African swine fever, which were confirmed in the farms; (b) cases of African swine fever, confirmed in the slaughterhouse or in vehicles; (c) primary cases of African swine fever, confirmed in wild boars; and (d) the results of an epizootic examination carried out in accordance with Chapter VII of this Regulation; and (2) submit information to the International Epizootic Bureau regarding subsequent cases confirmed in wild boars in the area infected with African swine fever, according to paragraphs 48 and 49 of this Regulation.
