The aim of this Government Ordinance is to contribute to the protection of the environment and human health by controlling emissions from internal combustion engines to be installed in non-road machines. The present Ordinance, which is composed of 20 articles and two Annexes, lays down measures to reduce emissions of gaseous and pollutants of engines installed in non-road machinery and regulates approval of engines installed in non-road machines due to emissions.
